No. At the moment we only offer Mail Orders within Canada. We ship them via Xpress Post or Priority for an extra fee if requested by the customer. Once you've added items to your cart you'll receive an email with instructions of how to pay for a randomly generated NFT. After payment has been processed we will send a parcel with the items that you added to your cart as gifts.

If in the future we offer same day delivery in some metropolitan areas of Canada we'll let our customers know right away.

For a long time there have been Mail Order sites in Canada. Some of them have been operating since the 1990’s. Canada Post employees are not allowed to open packages below 30 grams. We offer guarantee on all shipments up to $200 value. If your order gets lost, we will replace it.

Unfortunately we can not accept returns. Due to the nature of the products we ship and also because of the shipping costs we can’t accept returns of any kind. With that said, we stand behind our products, so if there's a problem with any product and you send us a few images showing us what was the problem we can offer a replacement depending on the reason.

Shipping on orders $199 and under via Xpress Post is $15.

For orders $200 to $299 shipping via Xpress Post is free.

And orders $300 and up we offer free Priority shipping.

All orders placed before 2:00 pm (Pacific Time) are shipped same day via Xpress Post between Monday to Friday. Delivery takes an average of 2-5 business days depending on a few different factors. Like destination, weather, holidays and others.

Once you've paid for your NFT we will send you an email with a sample of the image that's been randomly generated for you. After that we will send a parcel with the gifts you've chosen from our gallery of products. You just let us know when you're ready to receive your NFT and we'll mint it for you.

All delivery times are approximate and once the parcels are with Canada Post it's out of our hands to speed up the process. Because of that we can't offer any replacements or refunds if a package arrives late due to Canada Post issues or delays. We don't send parcels on weekends or holidays. Once the parcel has been shipped we'll provide you with a Canada Post tracking number. Please keep in mind that your tracking number can take a few hours to show up online after it's been dropped at the post office.

After you've purchased a randomly generated NFT and have chosen which gifts you'd like from the gallery; we will package those gifts in a discreet, unmarked and smell proof packaging. We will send them by the chosen method you requested during the checkout process and provide you with a Canada Post tracking.

If something like this happens PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT CANADA POST. Instead, send us a message if it's been more than 3 days after your package was supposed to be delivered. After that we will open a ticket with Canada Post.

Sometimes an investigation can take up to 30 days. If Canada Post finds you package, delivery will continue after it's been found. If after the investigation the package remains lost or "in transit" we will happily replace your order or the equivalent if the gifts you ordered are out.

If the reason the package was lost or returned is because the customer didn't provide us with the right address and/or delivery instructions, we won't be able to replace the parcel. If the package is returned because of the same reason we can send it again but the shipping costs will have to be covered by the customer.
