If something like this happens PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT CANADA POST. Instead, send us a message if it’s been more than 3 days after your package was supposed to be delivered. After that we will open a ticket with Canada Post.

Sometimes an investigation can take up to 30 days. If Canada Post finds you package, delivery will continue after it’s been found. If after the investigation the package remains lost or “in transit” we will happily replace your order or the equivalent if the gifts you ordered are out.

If the reason the package was lost or returned is because the customer didn’t provide us with the right address and/or delivery instructions, we won’t be able to replace the parcel. If the package is returned because of the same reason we can send it again but the shipping costs will have to be covered by the customer.
